Our challenge was to take a single page of links and create a consumer friendly, intuitive banking website.  We intereviewed stakeholders, defined user scenarios and mapped out the optimal interface architecture and design.  Focusing on the user, we ignored popular commercialization tactics found on many banking sites that clutter the experience and created a clean, clear path for users looking for financial service.  The new site was enthusiastically received by The Partnership Federal Credit Union customers and significanlty increased online interactions.
